Full Stack Developer

Job Description :-

This is a full-time(remote) role for a Full Stack Engineer. As a Full Stack

Engineer at Fusiontecz, you will be responsible for developing and

implementing software solutions that meet customer needs and business

objectives. You will work collaboratively with software engineers, product

managers, and others to design, build, and deploy software solutions. You

will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall

success of our projects.

Position Overview

As a Graduate Full Stack MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, deploying, and

maintaining our innovative web applications. Working collaboratively with a

diverse team of designers, developers, and project managers, you will

contribute to the creation of seamless user experiences and dynamic

functionalities.

Requirements :-

• Front-end technologies - ReactJs, Tailwind/Bootstrap, Material UI.

• Backend technology- Node.js

• Experience with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda is

plus

• Build and integrate APIs and backend services to support the functionality

of web applications.

• Engage in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code

quality and optimize application performance.

• Willingness to work in fast-paced agile product development

• Software Development skills: experience with software development

methodologies, version control, and agile development practices

• Full-Stack Development skills: experience with both front-end and back-

end web development and the ability to work on the whole stack

• Experience of 1-2 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a

related field.

• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

• Proficiency in React.js for frontend development, including state

management (e.g., Redux).

Experience with backend development using Node.js and Express.js.

• Knowledge and preferably experienced in MongoDB or similar

databases, including database design and querying.

• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative coding

tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve

complex issues.

• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset within a

team environment.
