Primary Responsibilities:Act as a solution architect and expert developer, demonstrating solid experience across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Lead technical decisions within the team and across functional areas.Design solutions for complex problems, outlining execution plans with detailed technical documentation such as sequence diagrams and flow diagrams.Create infrastructure diagrams utilizing various infrastructural components and illustrating the data flow between them.Identify service touchpoints and handshake areas between different service providers, tailoring solutions accordingly.Describe, analyze, and effectively communicate major technical trade-offs and decisions.Develop scalable, observable, and fault-tolerant features within a microservices system.Collaborate with teammates through planning, pair programming, code review, and testing.Partner with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to contribute to product direction, understand business problems, explore solutions, weigh design trade-offs, write effective user stories, and prioritize incremental value delivery.Utilize our technology stack, including TypeScript + Node.js, React.js/Next.js, Firebase, React Native, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and PostgreSQL.
Required Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.Over 5-7 years of experience in building React applications.Bonus points for familiarity with AWS cloud.Excellent proficiency in the English language, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salary Expectations: 150k-200k BDT/Monthly (Based on skill & experience)
