As a Senior WordPress Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in both back-end and front-end development, collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and SEO professionals to craft exceptional web experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with web developers, SEO experts, and digital marketers to enhance user experiences and maintain brand consistency.-Utilize human-computer interaction design principles to optimize our institutional website.Provide wireframes, designs, and interactive mockups to breathe life into web projects.Translate designs into WordPress front-end code, ensuring scalability and reusability.Optimize web pages for speed and scalability, integrating third-party tools when necessary.Leverage the multisite platform to efficiently manage approximately 10 web properties.Conduct A/B testing and continuously iterate to improve existing work.Ensure website compliance with SEO, ADA, and privacy laws.Develop structures to guide website development, including style guides and layout templates.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in front-end design and development, with a focus on UI/UX.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Familiarity with ADA WCAG 2.0 guidelines and SEO principles.Experience with graphic design applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong understanding of mobile-first responsive design. Previous experience in front-end development of WordPress websites preferred.Working knowledge of Salesforce integration into websites is a plus.
