Business Central Consultant / Developer

You will work with the team to deliver exceptional Business Central consultancy services to a varied client base, whilst also raising the awareness of these services across Sharp IT Services and the wider Sharp family.

Objectives

· Gather and analyse business requirements: Understand the needs of the business and translate them into technical requirements.· Solution Design and Configuration: Map the business needs to the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Business Central and configure the system accordingly.· Training: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and train clients on how to use the system effectively.· Data Management: Prepare and import data into Business Central as per the business requirements.

Personal Specification

· You will be approachable and open to team members asking for your support and guidance.· You will be flexible to enable rearrangement of workload at short notice to meet the needs of the team and clients.· You will have extensive experience in delivering consultancy services relating to mid-market ERP solution functions, including accounting processes, operational practices for stock and manufacturing environments· You will have excellent troubleshooting skills.· You will be able but able to approach a problem creatively.
