Slice Fintech is actively searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior TypeScript Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team. If you're passionate about backend development, have a minimum of 5 years of experience, and are well-versed in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and efficient code using TypeScript, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality and high-performance TypeScript backends and services that power our innovative fintech solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring seamless integration with front-end services.Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code to ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards.Bug Fixing and Optimization: Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimize code for enhanced efficiency.Automation: Play a role in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation, leveraging modern backend build pipelines and tools.

Requirements:5+ years of experience in backend development.Strong knowledge of TypeScript, including its core principles and familiarity with its ecosystem.Experience with Node.js and popular frameworks such as NestJS or Express.Familiarity with modern backend build pipelines and tools.Experience with RESTful APIs to connect TypeScript applications to front-end services.Strong unit testing and debugging skills.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.Knowledge of SOLID principles and the ability to apply them in software design.Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.Understanding of Docker and containerization technologies.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:Experience with other programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.Experience with microservices architecture and service-oriented architecture (SOA).Knowledge of software security best practices.
