Fullstack Developer (React and RoR)

Purpose of the Role:We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using React for frontend development and Ruby on Rails for backend development.

Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain complex web applications using React for the frontend and ROR for the backendDesign, develop, and optimize data models and database schemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL and MongoDBCollaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement new features and functionalityWrite clean, scalable, and well-documented code using best practices and design patternsDebug and troubleshoot issues in development and production environmentsOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

Required Experience & Knowledge:Minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience using React on the frontend and ROR on the backendStrong experience with APISolid understanding of web development concepts, including HTTP, REST, and APIsExpertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Typescript, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with version control systems, such as Git

Skills and Attributes:Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teamsClient-oriented approach with leadership experience and an ability to adapt to both technical and non-technical communicationSelf-driven, enthusiastic, and friendly persona“How do we do better” attitude

Required Education & Qualifications:Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written EnglishAny relevant certificate would be considered a plus
