Senior Web Developer

Interested in the frontier of Web Assembly? We’re looking for low-level web developers who can harness local hardware resources to create a new class of web experience for the business intelligence world. The role will largely center around online dashboards and user portals that allow for quick visualization that optimizes both the GPU and CPU of the user’s machine.

We here at Row64 are obsessed with high-performance computing and the latest visualization techniques to create a new generation of business intelligence solutions. Our team brings a combined 50 years of experience in GPU programming to the world of business intelligence with software that is faster and easier to use than anything else on the market. We borrow the best hardware acceleration tricks from the gaming industry and combine them with the most popular features of business intelligence solutions to tackle the toughest data challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Strong experience in web graphics programming using WebGL, with an active interest in upcoming technologies like WebGPU.Proficiency in C/C++ programming, with solid experience in coding and compiling to WebAssembly.Familiar with web pipelines from databases to server automationExpertise in crafting minimalistic and efficient web interfaces using CSS and Flexbox.Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL and their integration into web applications.

Role Responsibilities:Collaborate with data scientists and backend developers to integrate sophisticated data science models and algorithms into web applications.Ensure the scalability and security of web applications, focusing on optimizing code and infrastructure for high-speed performance.Maintain a continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for web applications to streamline development and deployment processes.Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure web applications' robustness, usability, and reliability across multiple platforms and devices.
