Job Description Perform regular reviews of proposed ETL solution designs, vetting them against technology standards, compliance requirements and best practices to ensure a reliable, secure solution is implemented.Perform data model reviews & set database objects naming & data model standardsAnalyze current data management environment to identify critical gaps/deficiencies, and design and propose solutions for improvement touching all aspects of data lifecycleIdentify data quality issues and their root causes. Propose fixes and design data audits.Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership to data modelers and ETL developers to bring improvement and optimizations in the implementation of data warehouses/ data lake, marts and universesAssist in Data Architecture landscape analysis, findings and recommendations leveraging industry best practices and proven methodologies.Part of Architecture Review Team (ART) in setting, governing & enforcing them both -- Data model & ETL design Excellent oral and written communication, Analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detailsThanks!
