Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Node.JS Backend Developer. As a Node.JS Backend Developer at TechMatrix, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. You will collaborate with the front-end developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic. You will also be involved in database design and optimization, as well as implementing security and data protection measures.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScriptExperience with Express.js or other Node.js frameworksFamiliarity with databases such as MongoDB or MySQLUnderstanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptKnowledge of code versioning tools, such as GitExperience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or AzureUnderstanding of RESTful API design principlesKnowledge of server-side templating languages, such as EJS or HandlebarsGood understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectureExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
