Java Developer

Job Description: We require the services of a Java Developer III, hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of Software Developer 3 emerging and the specifications outlined in this document.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:15 years of JAVA experience10 years of SQL database experience8 years of sustaining and development experience in support of large applications in a team environment5 years of Linux experience

Preferred Qualifications:8 years of experience with Atlassian tool suite, especially JIRA8 years of experience with Agile methodology2 years of experience with State-specific applications; experience with relevant environments2 years of experience transitioning applications from legacy mainframe environments to Java/SQL environment
