You will be required to be hands on coder so expertise in technologies mentioned is a must have.Must-have experience:Experience in creating B2B product user centric interfaces focused on user experience and usability.Preferably worked in a cybersecurity or dev tools product companyExperience and proficiency in designing responsive and cross-browser user interfaces that are consistent across various platforms.Experience in HTML, CSS, React, javascript, SQL for implementing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with product management and the engineering team.Optimize user interfaces for performance, scalability, and accessibility.Creating original graphic designs, wireframes, prototypes (e.g. images, sketches and tables) using design tools.Ability to conduct and analyze usability testing sessions to gather insights and refine designs for optimal user satisfaction.Use feedback from users to make informed design decisions and improve user satisfaction.Passion for creating visually appealing user experienceMost importantly:Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment and meet deadlinesProblem solving attitude with a focus on customer delightCreate and maintain design documentation, including style guides, patterns and specifications.Stay current on industry trends, design tools and latest technologies to improve skills to build innovative solutions.Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects is highly desirable.Ability to join within 15 daysCulture: Humility, teamwork, integrity, resilience.
