Job Description
EMIS are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer to come and join them on a permanent basis. As a Software Developer you will be responsible for the support and development of their PCS system. This is a great opportunity to come and work on one of their longest standing products, where you will drive standards, improvements and innovation.Whilst the product is developed in Delphi, there are components that are built in C#, and they continue to look at modernisation.You will be part of a small but highly capable team who are based across the UK and Chennai. Whilst the role is fully remote, on occasion they do like to get together in one of their collaboration hubs.

You will work together to troubleshoot and resolve business critical challenges.
Other accountabilities and responsibilities:Responsible for bug fixing, consulting with testers, as well as developing new features.Be forward thinking in your approach, to support with identifying solutions to meet the changing demands and emerging industry trends and standards.Work with Product Owners and wider internal teams to understand key requirements.Engage and build great working relationships with your colleagues across different geographical locations. Who you’ll beThey need you to be an experienced Delphi Developer.You will be confident working within legacy tech stacks, but also keen to further enhance your technical capability.They operate within an Agile environment, so you will be experienced working within this methodology as well as working through the full-development lifecycle.
