Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with expertise in Blue Prism to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual contributor capable of developing and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline our operations and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement RPA systems using the Blue Prism tool.Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend RPA strategy.Create and maintain solution documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.Conduct end-to-end testing of automated workflows to ensure they function as intended.Troubleshoot and provide continuous enhancements and support to existing RPA implementations to maximize efficiency.Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality automation solutions.Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and technologies and assess their application within the banking domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4-5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, specifically with Blue Prism.Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry.Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.Ability to handle the full life cycle of an automation project, including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.

Desirable Skills:Blue Prism professional developer certification is highly preferred.Experience in integrating RPA tools with other software like ERP systems, AI, or ML technologies.Knowledge of other RPA tools and digital transformation technologies.
