What to expect in this roleWe are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead .NET Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of .NET engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and drive technical innovation within our organization.

Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications and integrations, with a focus on payment processing systems.Lead a team of .NET engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software solutions.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality code and optimal system performance.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings.Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the .NET-based applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications and Tech ProficiencyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on the .NET framework.Proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
