Roles / Responsibilities

As a Senior Fullstack Developer within our Application Support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our mission-critical applications. Leveraging your expertise in React, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS native services/components, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, implement enhancements, and optimize system performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall user experience.

Required Skills / Experience

Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for production applications, including diagnosing, and resolving issues in the application.Monitor application performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement proactive measures to enhance system stability and scalability.Collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve bugs, defects, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.Participate in on-call rotation and provide 16/5 support for critical production issues as needed.Willingness to work in EMEA (CET) and US (EST) time zones.3+ years of strong hands-on experience in React, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS native services/components. Strong knowledge of JavaScript / jQuery / HTML5 / CSSStrong knowledge of OOPS concepts Good knowledge of cloud platform AWS native services/componentsGood knowledge of design patterns and best practicesGood knowledge of CI/CD using Azure DevOps (or similar tool) and GitShould have high level of analytical skills to solve technical issues involving research, interpretation and resolutionStrong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Immediate joiner

Desired Skills

Proven expertise in deploying and managing applications using AWS native services/components such as Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, EC2, etc.Solid understanding of software engineering principles, troubleshooting methodologies, and best practices.Experience with performance monitoring and tuning tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog) is a plus.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.Strategic agility and intellectual curiosity, superior time management skills and an ability to consistently deliver outstanding results
