Desired Qualifications:• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on development experience in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform (preferred: Customer Service module.• Ability to work in an Agile / Scrum environment.• Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, and CSS.• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar.• Effective communication skills.• Capable of collaborating with team members and stakeholders to understand and meet business needs.• Attention to pre-production testing and security practices.

Additional Details about the Position:• Selected candidates will be working on a team developing an internal and constituent-facing case management application based on the Dynamics 365 platform. • The solution will replace a custom case management solution that was originally developed over 15 years ago. • Candidates need to be able to work independently and collaboratively with teammates, communicate effectively, and actively seek ways to enhance the capabilities of the platform.
