Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality Odoo applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet business requirements.

2. Develop new Odoo modules and integrations.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements.

4. Design and implement solutions that adhere to best practices in Odoo development.

5. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and stability.

6. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Odoo applications.

7. Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, features, and trends.

8. Assist in evaluating and recommending third-party Odoo apps and plugins.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role, with at least 2 years of experience.

3. Proficiency in Python programming language.

4. Strong knowledge of Odoo framework and development principles.

5. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.

6. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Odoo certification(s) is a plus.

2. Experience with other ERP systems or business management software.

3. Knowledge of web services (RESTful, SOAP) and API integrations.

4. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

5. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
