Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Portfolio Manager to lead our ServiceNow initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, along with a deep understanding of Service Portfolio Management (SPM) processes. This individual will have a proven track record of implementing SPM solutions in large organizations and will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to delivery.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate strong ServiceNow technical skills, including proficiency in JSON, API, Script Include, and Business Rule development.Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all SPM processes, including Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and TimeSheet Management.Lead the implementation of SPM solutions in large organizations, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.Oversee projects overall, including planning, resource coordination, budget and timeline management, and effective stakeholder communication.Drive data import and extraction transformation using Data Source and Transform Map functionalities in ServiceNow.Apply Agile methodologies within the ServiceNow ecosystem to ensure efficient project management practices.Desired Skills and Qualifications:Prior experience with Performance Analytics and reporting in ServiceNow.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Certification in Service Portfolio Management (SPM) is a plus.
