About Sybill:

At Sybill.ai, we are building a 10x better way to do B2B sales via an end-to-end, AI-first GTM stack that unlocks unprecedented levels of automation for the sales reps. The existing GTM stack only gives reps a better UX to do their admin tasks. With Sybill, reps will not need to do them at all. All they will need to do is take customer calls and supervise the AI, enabling them to be super-sellers.

Our founding team from Stanford, Harvard and IITs has built a sales-specific, proprietary AI to extract highly accurate deal attributes, which unlocks these workflows. This AI-first GTM stack will disrupt both today’s pigeonholed tools (Gong, Highspot, Scratchpad, Clari, Outreach) and remove the need for extensive middle management in GTM orgs.

With Sybill’s conversational AI workflows, reps are seeing a remarkable behavior switch in their day-to-day and they just can’t stop using the product (gross retention - 99%+). They are vocal about their love for Sybill on LinkedIn, enabling us to grow 20x to $1.2M in ARR last year.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Front-End Engineer at Sybill.ai, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user interface of our innovative AI-first GTM platform. This position grants you significant influence over the frontend architecture and direct involvement from the initial design phase through to implementation and refinement. In this role, you will:

Lead the design and development of engaging user-facing features that integrate seamlessly with our conversational AI technology.Architect robust, scalable front-end systems using React, Redux, TypeScript, and Material UI.Engage with backend APIs to deliver comprehensive frontend solutions that enhance user experience and facilitate AI-driven interactions.Collaborate with product management and design teams to refine and realize our vision for a market-leading sales tool.

This role puts you at the forefront of a dynamic, rapidly growing B2B SaaS company, deeply impacting our product offerings and the overall customer experience.

Who You Are:

To excel in this role, you should:

Demonstrate expertise in front-end development, with a strong grasp of JavaScript, React, Redux, TypeScript, and Material UI.Be skilled in consuming RESTful APIs and have an understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.Show proficiency in responsive design principles and ensuring compatibility across multiple browsers and platforms.Possess the ability to lead projects from concept through completion, working effectively with cross-functional teams to meet design and deployment deadlines.Be enthusiastic about adopting latest technological innovations and capable of igniting passion within the team to follow suit.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on front-end technologies.Technical Skills: Deep expertise in React.js and Redux.js, with substantial experience in using TypeScript and Material UI for building complex user interfaces.Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and collaborate with a team to deploy features.Design Acumen: Strong understanding of user experience, visual design integration, and front-end architecture.AI Familiarity: Exposure to AI-driven platforms or products, particularly in a B2B context, is advantageous, but not required.Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup environment, driving front-end development with a direct impact on product success, is highly desirable.
