We are seeking a proficient ServiceNow Developer who is passionate about developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications. As Senior ServiceNow Developer you will be responsible for overseeing of development and implementation of business processes as well for the analysis of the business requirements before getting to this point or during the development phases.

As for the ServiceNow module skills and knowledge- ideally we would be looking for HRSD, GRC but having in mind the market trends and skills spread across candidates most of them would probably be exposed around ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules – which is fine as long they are open to learn more.Our focus here is to find communicative developers of ServiceNow that are not afraid to ask questions or clarify some story details with client providing consulting. Skills and attributes for successTo succeed in the role you must have a very good understanding of the platform and being confident while working through implementation, customization or maintenance projects. This can be expressed by:Very good understanding of NowPlatform architecture – minimum 3 years,Proven track of product customizations or integrations, implementation, maintenance,Experience in project activities as a Lead Developer, PM or Architect. To qualify for the role, you must haveAt least 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experienceProven experience with at least one programming language (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices in IT industryThorough understanding of ITIL and Agile Ideally, you’ll also haveGood command of English, German or other European language would be an advantage but not mandatoryUniversity degree (eventually last year) in technical field or economic
