Job Description:Astra is seeking a skilled Data Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data solutions to meet the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and normalized data models, with experience in Master Data Management (MDM) preferred. Additionally, experience with ETL tools, particularly Azure Data Factory (ADF), is highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain data solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies.Design and implement normalized and/or Master Data Management (MDM) data models.Configure and develop solutions in MDM tools, with a preference for candidates with experience in this area.Utilize ETL tools, with a preference for Azure Data Factory (ADF), to extract, transform, and load data.Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve data issues.Ensure data quality and integrity across all solutions.Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting (experience in Power BI is a plus).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that meet business requirements.Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.Utilize Azure DevOps for project management and collaboration.Utilize ERStudio for data modeling and documentation (experience in ERStudio is preferred).Utilize knowledge of State and Federal laws, including HIPAA, to ensure compliance with regulations pertaining to the confidentiality of protected health information.Preference for candidates with a background in healthcare/radiology.

Requirements:Proficient and extensive SQL, PL/SQL skills.Deep understanding of normalized and/or Master Data Management (MDM) data models.Experience with MDM models preferred.Experience configuring and developing in MDM tools preferred.Experience with ETL tools, ADF preferred.Azure and SQL Server RDBMS experience.Ability to perform root cause analysis.Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.Data quality experience.Power BI experience is a plus.Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.Self-starter; works well in teams and independently on tasks.Azure DevOps experience preferred.ERStudio experience preferred.Healthcare/radiology background preferred.Knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations, including HIPAA, pertaining to confidentiality of protected health information.
