As a Salesforce Developer with Strong CRM, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions to a diverse client base. This role is a blend of technical expertise and client-facing interactions, involving requirements gathering, solution design, development, and quality assurance. You will manage client expectations, track progress, and ensure solutions meet client needs effectively. This contract-to-hire position offers significant growth potential, from contributing as a key team member to advancing into leadership roles, overseeing project success, and resource management. Strong CRM is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with team leadership experience to drive the success of our client projects. This role is designed for a seasoned Salesforce professional who excels in both technical development, client management, and ‘common sense’ business problem solving. As a Senior Salesforce Developer and Team Leader, you'll be responsible for understanding client needs, managing a small team of developers and administrators, and ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are met. This position offers substantial growth potential, with opportunities for leadership advancement.
Responsibilities:Meet with clients to understand their business requirements, manage expectations, and define project scopes.Lead a small team of developers and administrators, ensuring smooth project execution and resource management.Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce tools.Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance, conducting regular quality reviews to ensure client satisfaction.Ensure effective communication among team members and with clients, providing clear updates and confirming work completion.Evaluate new Salesforce features and capabilities to continuously improve the solutions provided to clients.
Qualifications:Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and other core Salesforce technologies.Experience in leading teams or acting as a team leader on Salesforce projects.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and propose effective solutions.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.Proven experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, APIs, and integrations.Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, are strongly preferred.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.Additional skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus.
