ServiceNow Application Developer

Information Technology Strategies, LLC. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Web/Application Developer to work for our company.

Client Agency: Defense Logistics Agency.Required: Eligibility for U.S. Government SECRET / ITII Clearance, which includes U.S. Citizenship, a clear criminal history, and no financial delinquencies.

Primary Responsibilities: Problem resolution in software, feedback implementation for enhancements, leadership in project teams, involvement in the development of user manuals, and mentorship for other developers.Specialization: Development on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on innovative and efficient solutions.

Requirements Eligibility Criteria: As mentioned, must meet U.S. Government SECRET / ITII Clearance requirements.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.

Technical Expertise:Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform development.Strong background in API integration, supporting LowCode/NoCode Development Platform models.Competence in using low code/no code BPMN tools.Skilled in developing automation software based on BPMN models, familiar with tools like Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.Experience in JavaScript (Angular/React).

Professional Skills:Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.

Development Methodologies: Proficient in agile methodologies and hybrid low-code application development approaches.

Certification Requirement: Must obtain ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification within a stipulated time frame after joining.

Desirable Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Proactive in keeping up with industry trends and technological advancements.Experience in cloud-based solutions and integration.Additional Considerations:Professional Development: Opportunities for ongoing training and certification in relevant areas.Team Collaboration: Emphasis on working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Security Awareness: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles relevant to software development and data handling
