React Native Developer

This pivotal position will spearhead the React Native development initiatives, focusing on crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces that align with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms. Drive the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality and user-centered design solutions. Product Design Leadership: Define and drive the product design vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs. Establish and maintain comprehensive design systems and standards for React Native, promoting consistency and quality across all UI/UX elements. User Research and Feedback: Conduct user research specific to React Native applications, analyze feedback, and utilize analytics to inform design decisions. Iterate continuously based on user feedback to enhance the React Native app user experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Organize and lead cross-functional meetings, workshops, and project updates to ensure transparency and alignment on goals and deliverables Facilitate processes that encourage effective cross-functional collaboration in React Native design and development. Industry Understanding: Lead and inspire a team of talented React Native developers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation in Mobile and Web Application People Management: Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Effectively communicate React Native design concepts and guidelines across diverse teams, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the development process. Qualifications: Proficient in React Native with a strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and related libraries/tools Minimum of 2 years of professional experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile security protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with automated testing suites like Mocha, Jest, etc. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Nice to Have: Experience with additional mobile development frameworks such as Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter. Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or Django. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
