Full Stack Developer/Dev Lead

Key Responsibilities:Backend Server Setup: Design, configure, and maintain backend servers using NGINX, Apache, or Node.js.Deployment: Oversee and manage deployment processes, including setting up Docker containers and Infrastructure as Code solutions.Development: Build and maintain robust full stack applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Team Leadership: Lead and delegate work packages to the development team, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA, to deliver high-quality products.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance our technology stack.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.Expertise in backend server setup using NGINX, Apache, or Node.js.Strong experience with deployment, Docker, Containers, and Infrastructure as Code.Demonstrated ability to lead and delegate work packages to a development team.Proficiency with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
