Job Title: Backend Developer

Overview: We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing our data analytics system. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for moving data from a database to create and populate additional fields in our analytics platform. Your efforts will contribute to providing our clients with comprehensive metrics and insights crucial for their business decisions.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Move data points from the source database to populate additional fields in the analytics platform. Focus on expanding data availability, including broader seller metrics, metrics related to Ads, and general store metrics. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the migration process. Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and processes.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of backend development. Familiarity with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) is highly desirable. Experience with data migration projects, ensuring smooth and accurate data transfers. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
