About the RoleReporting to a Development Team Manager, your role as a .NET Developer, will involve implementing and managing Optimizely solutions to optimize website performance and user experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrate HTML templates and develop .NET components for bespoke and CMS-driven web applications.Implement content management, application functionality, and integration requirements.Work within an agile development process, collaborating closely with the delivery team.Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve website conversion rates.Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to enhance website functionality and achieve business objectives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Position Prerequisites5+ years experience in the design and development of building public-facing commercial .NET applicationsSolid background with ASP.NET C# MVC5Familiarity with Structured and secure REST APIs based on WebAPIFamiliarity with Azure SQL and MS SQL ServerFamiliarity with Entity Framework and IoC such as Autofac or StructureMapSolid understanding of web standards and technologies (HTTP, Request/Response, SSL, Browser caching, cookies, domains, JSON/XML, HTML, DOM etc.)Familiarity with Git workflow
SkillsExcellent experience and skills in architecting enterprise-level applications, using Solid principles, separation of concerns, and domain-driven design.A can-do attitude with a high personal motivation and a fast learner.Great communication and leadership skills, strong team player with a friendly and professional attitudeDemonstrates outstanding personal organization and adept time management skills.Excellent time management skills with discipline to deadlines.Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ideally with a digital agency environment.
