· Amazon Connect IVR Developer with strong experience in designing and implementing IVR solutions using Amazon Connect. · Ability to design and implement complex call flows and IVR systems.· Able to design call flows, managing prompts and messages, implementing self-service options.· Experience in integrating Amazon Connect with external systems using APIs and web services.· Strong experience in designing and developing ChatBots using Amazon Lex.· Experience with Amazon Lex, environment setup, production deployment, Teams integration and backend development and integration when needed· In-depth knowledge of Terraform and related tools / Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform
