As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the design, architecture, and functionality of our software, helping us to solidify our position as leaders in the industry.What We're Looking For:Full stack developer with 5+ years of experience architecting and designing Java and JavaScript applicationsProficiency in database development, including MySQL, NoSQL, and related technologiesExpertise in Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), AWS services, ReactJS, and ExtJSStrong understanding and experience with Agile methodology and Scrum processesPrevious experience collaborating with offshore development teamsSelf-motivated, disciplined, and thrives in a remote work environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAdditional Skill Sets:Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing high-performance, scalable, and reliable softwareAbility to effectively collaborate and mentor development teamsFamiliarity with AWS services such as S3, RDS, CloudWatch, SQS, DynamoDB, etc.Proficiency in setting up and scripting test and production environmentsExperience with Jenkins, Sonarqube, JMeter, image processing, and platform integrationsDay-to-Day Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to research new frameworks, tools, and technologiesDevelop features and address bugs in our software productsImprove development and deployment practices in collaboration with the teamProvide technical support and troubleshoot issues in the production environment alongside the customer success teamWork with the team and product manager to understand requirements and plan development for new featuresConduct periodic deployments, data exports, and migrations
