Job Description

Lead the design and development of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), especially in HCM area to connect cloud and on-premises applications, systems, and databases.Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements, define integration patterns, and recommend solutions.Architect scalable and extensible integration solutions, considering factors such as security, performance, and maintainability.Lead a team of 4 offshore developers in the implementation of integration solutions, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring.Configure and customize OIC adapters, connections, orchestrations, and mappings to implement integration workflows and data transformations.Develop and implement error handling mechanisms, monitoring solutions, and performance optimization techniques to ensure reliability and efficiency of integrations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between OIC and other Oracle Cloud services, third-party applications, and legacy systems.Stay updated on OIC product releases, features, and industry trends to provide thought leadership and drive continuous improvement.
