AI Backend Developer

We are searching for a talented and passionate AI Backend Engineer to join our team and play a fundamental role in integrating our backend services with cutting-edge AI technologies.

You will be working with Node.js (TypeScript) and Laravel (PHP) based services, connecting them with powerful AI platforms like Google Gemini/Vertex AI, OpenAI, and Meta's Llama. This role demands a strong understanding of backend development principles, a keen interest in the AI landscape, and exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust integrations between our backend services and third-party AI platforms (Google Gemini/Vertex AI, OpenAI, Meta's Llama).Develop and maintain APIs for interacting with AI models, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.Optimize integration performance and scalability to handle growing demands.Collaborate closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand AI model requirements and capabilities.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and explore potential applications within our backend systems.Document integration processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI integrations.

Skills:

Proven experience as a backend developer with strong proficiency in Node.js (including TypeScript) and Laravel (PHP).Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience building and consuming APIs.Demonstrated interest and basic knowledge of AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.Natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn and explore new technologies and trends.
