Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Workday Developer at USCTEK - Recruiting & Staffing. The Workday Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Workday integrations and configurations. They will also collaborate with stakeholders and other developers to provide technical expertise and support for Workday projects. Additionally, the Workday Developer will analyze business requirements, design solutions, and assist with testing and deployment.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Workday development and configurationProficiency in Workday Integration technologies (EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect)Knowledge of Workday Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence)Experience with Workday Web Services and APIsUnderstanding of Workday Security frameworkKnowledge of Workday reporting and analyticsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
