Job Details

As a Lead Fullstack Engineer / Lead C# Developer on our team, we are looking for someone to assist the Director of Engineering in pushing our tech-debt objectives, advocating for agile principles adoption, and ensuring each developer is working to their full potential.

Responsibilities:

Help Create and Enforce Coding Standards Push Tech-Debt Initiatives Focused Architectural Direction Stakeholder interaction Mentor Developers Push Agile Principles Delegate Coding to their team Future-focused, 2-3 Sprints ahead Team Managerial Duties (Developers will report directly to this role)

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a team lead with direct reports Proven professional C# .NET background Good JavaScript experience Vue.js / Vue / Vuejs skills would be a plus Must be willing to take a 45 minute coding assessment as the first step of our process (before you chat with the hiring manager) Must be ok with live coding during both interviews
