Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in digital marketing, highly committed to achieving goals, and willing to work full-time to contribute to the agency's growth.

Responsibilities:- Actively search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork to secure new business opportunities.- Craft compelling proposals that showcase our agency's expertise and value proposition.- Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and client needs.- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accurate project scoping and proposal development.- Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder in the digital marketing domain.- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

Compensation:- 20% commission on every successfully secured project during the initial phase.- Once the agency achieves scaling milestones, a competitive salary along with commission will be provided.
