About the roleWe are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced FE developer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, the ideal candidate will not only contribute their extensive engineering expertise but will also play a crucial role in leading and guiding our projects. We are looking for someone who is passionate about engineering excellence and is ready to make a significant impact in our organization.

Responsibilities:Chance to be involved in the entire software development process, starting from customer problem to software solution.1. ParticipatingBrainstorming software solutions with other members in the product team (Business Analyst, Product Owner) aligned with business requirements.Strategically planning and executing tasks derived from business requirements.Engaging in the design and implementation of product features (full stack).Documenting + testingFor example: this may involve creating an automatic shift scheduling feature for customers.

2. Can participate inDesigning the SMATYX SaaS platform including its technological stack and architectural framework, as well as the development of internal software tools and frameworks.

Requirements:1. Hard skillsBS in computer science/software development or related fieldsWorking experience: Front-end (minimum of 2 years’ experience in ReactJS) Back-end (Optional, nice to have) Game (Optional, really nice to have)Proficiency in React, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS.In-depth understanding of web client application development (API, web, etc)Debugging and troubleshooting with React.Experience with a Git-based workflow.Customizing interactive UI components and widgets without library support.

2. Soft skillsFluent in EnglishProblem analysis and design.Strong team player with the ability to work independentlyEffective communication skills (written and verbal).Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
