I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Mid-level Developer position, focused on React, to work on a project in technology sector.
We are looking for a skilled React Developer to join our innovative team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our web applications. As a Mid-Level React Developer, you will play a critical role in refining our user interfaces, optimizing application performance, and integrating with backend services. Your expertise in React and front-end technologies will be vital in delivering engaging, efficient, and scalable web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain features in React-based applications, ensuring robustness, performance, and user experience.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to align front-end functionality with visual design concepts and backend APIs.
Optimize existing user interface designs for maximum speed and scalability, using advanced performance techniques and responsive design principles.
Implement state management solutions and integrate with backend services to create dynamic, data-driven interfaces.
Participate in code reviews, maintain code quality, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Address and troubleshoot front-end issues, provide updates and fixes in a timely manner.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure software robustness and reliability.
Document technical solutions and code in a clear and concise manner to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a React Developer, with a considerable foundation in developing and delivering React applications. Strong proficiency in JavaScript or Typescript and thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux) and data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js ). Experience with RESTful APIs, modern authorization mechanisms (such as JSON Web Token), and front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM. Ability to convert design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform well in a team-oriented, agile environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in intermediate to advanced English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a global environment.
