SSRS/SQL Developer (Contract/Freelance)

We are seeking an experienced SSRS/SQL Developer for a contract or freelance engagement to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and ETL tools.Responsibilities:Convert RDL files to SQL scripts using appropriate tools, review, modify, and execute on the database.Craft SQL queries and understand stored procedures to align with business requirements.Perform data processing, adhere to defined SLAs, and analyze processed data.Demonstrate excellent requirement understanding and data analytical skills.Comprehend business requirements and translate them into insightful reports using SSRS.Conduct data auditing, emphasizing SLA adherence, and utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently.Understand and have strong exposure to BI Dashboards, versioning, and deployment of SSRS reports.Provide support to the Production Environment and ensure a smooth implementation process.Engage in performance tuning of stored procedures and reports.Communicate effectively with different stakeholders daily.Qualifications:Strong proficiency in SSMS, SSRS, and utilizing ETL tools.Thorough understanding of SQL and the ability to craft SQL queries and understand stored procedures.Demonstrated experience in data processing, SLA adherence, and data analysis.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into insightful reports.Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and BI Dashboards.Knowledge of versioning and deployment of SSRS reports.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Quick learning ability.Proficiency in GIT and exposure to peer review methods is highly appreciated.This is a contract or freelance position, and the duration and compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
