Job Description:
GDIT’s DOJ/OJP team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM developers to join our agile teams. Ideal candidate must have experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. The individual must be comfortable in a hands-on development role and able to work with a varied technology stack and toolset.
Job Requirements:
Work directly with lead developer and customers to assist in documenting requirements and develop solutions using CRM Dynamics hosted in Azure platform.Adheres to industry standard best practices for software development and maintenance.Effectively present technical information to all level of staff and senior leadership.Troubleshoots production issues and recommends innovative and effective solutions.Hands-on technical implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM SolutionsConfigure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage the client’s business processCustomizing built-in entitiesCreating and customizing Dynamics formsCreating and maintaining Dynamics business processes and workflowsDevelop data conversion and testing strategiesWork with project management team to develop overall scope and work plan for implementing requirements.Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.Work with customers at all levels of technical ability by assisting them in the customization and development of CRM solutionsQuickly identifies defects and their root cause during all phases of the software development lifecycle.Works closely with Federal customer to ensure system functions according to stakeholder needs.Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years’ hands on experience in experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and .NET development using VB.NET, C# and other .NET programming languages.Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.Experience in customizing and creating CRM entities.Experience in developing customized process.9+ years of developer experienceExperience working with Dynamics portals.Ability to work in an agile development environment with shifting priorities.Deep understanding of CRM capabilities and architecture and ability to determine the best approach as to when to employ out of the box configurations vs. custom development.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science related field

The likely salary range for this position is $161,500 - $218,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
