Job Summary:The ServiceNow Developer / Administrator will design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Responsibilities include customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement ServiceNow solutions.Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement and automation.Provide training and support to end-users.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.4-10 years of ServiceNow experience.Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).ServiceNow certifications (e.g., System Administrator, Application Developer) preferred.
