Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertiseArchitect, design, and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Java and Spring BootCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and drive project deliveryChampion best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelinesStay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential for adoption within the organizationDrive innovation and process improvements to enhance team productivity and software quality
