Top 3 international Invest bank is looking for Workday specialists for one of its internal IT HR project. Responsibilities

Being able to efficiently communicate between multiple internal departments like: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT teams, and other groups for the purpose of developing efficient product;

Being able to develop, negotiate with multiple stackeholders and validate business requirements regarding the Workday system

Configure and update Workday to implement proposed HR processes

Develops and runs more complex queries and reports

Conduct quality assurance to ensure data integrity and applicaiton functionality consistency as well as Perform testing for software upgrades
