Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Salesforce Developer at Alchemy Techsol. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, developing and maintaining custom applications, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and providing technical support and guidance to the development team. The Senior Salesforce Developer will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Salesforce development and customizationProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and LightningExperience building custom applications and integrating Salesforce with other systemsStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and security standardsExperience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScriptKnowledge of Salesforce tools and technologies including Heroku, Salesforce DX, and Einstein AnalyticsAbility to analyze complex business requirements and propose efficient solutionsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
