Job Description:· 5+ years of experience with the contact centre solutions.· Expertise in Genesys Cloud solutions: Genesys Cloud Architect, IVR callflows, Routing.· Hands-on with Genesys Cloud Scripting and JavaScript.· Experience with applications leveraging APIs, JSON or JavaScript in web applications.· Queue & Call tree Management.Good to Have:· Genesys Cloud Professional certification.· Knowledge or hands-on experience with Google Dialogue Flow.
