We are looking to bring on a Pega developer that leverages their expertise on the platform and best practices to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. They will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into efficient and user-friendly software solutions, ensuring project success throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Qualifications

US citizenship with ability to be cleared for public trust clearanceMinimum bachelor’s degree 1-3 years experience with Pega implementations using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar methodology.Must be Pega Certified Solution Architect. Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.Excellent time management.Ability to work remotely and securely.Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.Effectively communicates technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Actively listens and asks clarifying questions to ensure understanding of business requirements.Works effectively within a team environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn from senior developers.Provides and receives constructive feedback in a professional manner.Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest Pega features and best practices.Takes initiative to seek out learning opportunities, such as attending training sessions or online resources.Approaches challenges with a methodical and analytical mindset.Proactively identifies and resolves issues during development.Manages time effectively to meet deadlines and project milestones.Maintains clear and concise documentation to ensure code maintainability.Working knowledge of Pega 8 or higher.Basic understanding of Java and/or Javascript.Familiarity with SQL concepts for data manipulation.
