Overview:

Kaynes is looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. This remote position is perfect for a creative and technically inclined individual who is passionate about web design and development. As a Webflow Developer at Kaynes, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and highly functional websites using the Webflow platform. This role requires a blend of design acumen and technical expertise to deliver outstanding digital experiences.

Responsibilities:Design and develop responsive, dynamic websites and landing pages using Webflow.Convert visual designs from Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma into live Webflow sites.Collaborate with the design team to refine website concepts and translate client requirements into technical specifications.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve bugs to maintain high-quality coding standards.Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.Provide technical support for web issues and coordinate with stakeholders to enhance website functionalities and user experience.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Webflow Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of web design projects.Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.Proficiency in using the Webflow platform and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.Experience with responsive and adaptive design.Strong attention to detail with an aesthetic acumen.

Technical Skills:In-depth experience with Webflow’s interface, interactions, and CMS.Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.Solid understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications will adhere to them.Ability to troubleshoot website issues using a comprehensive set of diagnostic tools.

Experience:At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Webflow development.Previous work with cross-functional teams or clients directly in a collaborative remote environment.

Knowledge:A good understanding of UI/UX design principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.Commitment to staying informed with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
