Senior Salesforce Developer

Quardev is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a 100% remote, contract role to support our top-rated demo creation platform client. As the Senior Salesforce Developer, the team will look to you to design and code functional programs and applications, producing fully functional software applications according to requirements. As the Senior Salesforce Developer, you play a key role in serving the product team and new product development for the company. Responsibilities:*Design and code functional APIs, Salesforce plug-ins, and elegant dashboards, according to requirements, that allow customers to download, configure, and manage product integrations. Everything from managing activation keys to product definitions and modifications to these will be handled from within the plug-in.*Provide Product Management, Engineering, and company leadership with accurate reporting on the project’s delivery milestones and overall project performance indicators consistently including actionable steps to mitigate delivery risk and make iterative product improvements as needed.*Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.*Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.*Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish requests from the underlying true needs.*Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

Qualifications:*Minimum of five years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.*Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 certification is required.*Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2 certification is preferred.*Minimum of five years of software development experience in C#, SQL, APIs, and AWS.*Experience building Salesforce plug-ins, APIs, and elegant Salesforce dashboards.*Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.*Minimum two years of experience designing and coding products from concept to launch.*Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.*Able to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, classes, and other content of advanced complexity.*Strong data management abilities.*Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.*Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.*Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.*Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.*Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Note: This role is a 100% remote, contract role. The contract is expected to start at the end of May and last for three to six months.

Compensation: Starts at $60.00/hour, DOE.
