SQL Developer Location: Seattle, WA (Remote) Duration: 6 to 12 Months
• Familiarity with Azure data services, such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Stream Analytics, and Azure Purview. • Ability to design data pipelines, data ingestion, data transformation, data storage, data access, data security, data governance, and data quality using Azure tools and best practices. • Proficiency in SQL and other query languages, such as T-SQL, KQL, Spark SQL • Knowledge of data modeling techniques and patterns for relational and NoSQL databases. • Understanding of big data concepts and architectures, such as distributed computing, parallel processing, streaming analytics, and machine learning. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for data platform development and deployment, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Azure Resource Manager, Azure CLI, PowerShell, and ARM templates. • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with other roles in the data platform team, such as data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, solution architects, platform engineers, security engineers, and business users.
