Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Developer / TSM. As a ServiceNow Developer / TSM, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with ServiceNow development and Technical Service Management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and support the implementation and maintenance of Ivanti software suite products. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and provide ongoing support.

QualificationsStrong experience in ServiceNow development and administration.4 to 11 years of experience.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other related web technologies.Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.Familiarity with Ivanti software suite products or similar ITSM tools.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

In addition, experience with ServiceNow certifications, knowledge of ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps modules, and familiarity with agile methodologies would be beneficial.
