Frontend Developer (Java, JSP)

We are seeking an experienced JSP Developer with a background in designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of hands-on experience in JSP development, along with a solid understanding of the software development life cycle, best practices, and industry trends.

Responsibilities:1. Software Development:- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.2. Coding and Debugging:- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java.- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.- Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.3. Testing:- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of code.- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.4. Documentation:- Create and maintain technical documentation for code, design, and architecture.- Provide documentation and training for other team members as needed.5. Agile Development:- Work in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Continuously improve the development process through innovation and adoption of best practices.6. Collaboration and Communication:- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate project status, issues, and resolutions.- Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the development team.
