Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) + PL/SQL Developer to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Integration Cloud solutionswith a focus on PL/SQL development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle Integration Cloud,strong expertise in PL/SQL programming, and a solid understanding of database concepts. Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions to integrate various systems and applications.Develop and maintain PL/SQL code to support business processes, data migration, and application enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design efficient integration solutions.Design and implement data mappings, transformations, and workflows within Oracle Integration Cloud.Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of integration solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance.Develop and maintain technical documentation including specifications, design documents, and test plans.Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to junior developers and team members.Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices related to Oracle Integration Cloud and PL/SQL development.Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and innovation.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud development.Extensive hands-on experience with PL/SQL programming and Oracle databases.Strong understanding of integration patterns, web services, REST APIs, and SOAP services.Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, or similar integration platforms.Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.Certifications in Oracle Cloud or PL/SQL development are desirable.
